Super 8 by Wyndham Central Pt Medford

Maria and Billy were amazing, and the kids had a blast with the pool and slide. The customer service is outstanding. Stayed over twice in ten days, driving down to the Bay from Seattle and then back. Would definitely stay again.

No contact from Management for over 48 hours! DO NOT STAY HERE! Our room seemed dated but otherwise fine at first. We had a King Suite which is not typically a family room, so not as dirty as the room our friends got. The ants visited us on the third day, coming from behind the bed and the hot tub. We kept our garbage and food cleared so Im not sure why they even visited. The really alarming incident during our stay was at 3:55am when we woke to our neighbors in the midst of a loud fight with lots of loud shuffling in the room, as if a physical altercation was happening. Right next door on the other side of the wall. For fear they may have a firearm that can shoot through the wall, I call the front desk. Unfortunately, the male voice could not speak English and kept offering me a pillow until I demanded he call 911 and/or check the room and ask them to stop. He told me I should do it. Mind you I have only myself and my 13yr daughter in the room. Yes, I freaked out. It took at least 5 minutes for someone to arrive and knock on their door. The door opened long enough for the tenant to scream, "Go the F*CK away!" The disruption lasted over an hour while the cops continued to manage the situation. Never offered a new room that would be safer, or a refund for that night stay. No assistance offered or credit to the stay. Literally the filthiest hotel I have ever stayed at with no safety standard for guests. I was never asked about the situation or contacted. When I finally talked to the Front Desk Manager, I was informed I was offered a new room and no discount would be applied. Nope that didn't happen. I wad also regerrwd yo the website when I asked where the bus I ness license is posted. I was offered a pillow and told I should knock on the door, or call 911 by the night crew on duty. I would give a zero, if I could.

I booked this hotel specifically for the pool and the slide. I have three granddaughters who had a day off of school so I was going to take them to Medford and spend the night and play in the pool. when I called the number that was provided on their website I told the young man the reason we were going and asked what temperature the pool was as I have a hard time getting in cold water and I was going to be the only adult so I would have to get in. He chuckled and said it was 78° so it would be pretty warm. So I booked the room and two weeks later we show up and I go into check-in . when I first went in the place had a-really bad smell and I immediately got a bad feeling just about the whole place. The attendant comes out ask my name and as she’s punching it her computer, I noticed a big sign saying the pool would not be available. I told her that was the only reason that we came to this hotel and she said well there was nothing she could do about it becauseI had booked it on line and it was posted there was no pool. When I tried to explain to her, I did not book it online but on the phone with the number posted on the website she didn’t care. I asked for a manager and was told there was none on duty. I asked for a phone information that I could call and she would give me nothing except for there was a manager name Amanda that might be in the next day I was close to having a meltdown with three little girls so I went outside took a deep breath, got on my phone and found a hotel down the street Called the Holiday Inn express, booked a room and went back in to tell her I wanted a refund. She said not refundable and again told me I had booked it on-line. We left and had an amazing experience at the Holiday Inn Express. Kind staff, clean atmosphere, great pool. Do yourself a favor, the slide is not worth it (if the pool is functional). Run, don’t walk away from this disgusting place.

Воспользовались бассейном только два раза. Потом его закрыли и больше не открыли якобы закрыт на чистку. Дети очень расстроились.

The desk clerk was extremely helpful and sweet. Gave me a room on first floor which I loved. Room was nice which was for handicapped which was helpful for me. Nice shower for handicap with bench seat. Bed was very comfortable.

Great big room and the employee's was so nice and very helpful. The waterside was a big hit with the kids. Really good breakfast. We will stay here again ❤️
