Super 8 by Wyndham Central Pt Medford

For a place to just stay the night, its ok. Room was clean. Overall, it needs an updated overhaul. Both mine and another family member staying there, had broken door handles. TV did not work that well.

Staff was amazing, always helpful and happy.

Checked in around 8 so I didn't really have time to really rate my stay. Staff was super welcoming tho. I had to use my body to push the door open. Feels like its stuck or something

Check in and dirt

Pool was cloudy and dirty and very small. Hot tub was too cold. They watch you like you're a criminal to make sure you dont bring drinks into the pool area except water. I've never seen this. The 'life guard' will come inspect your drink to make sure it's really water inside. Not sure what they are so concerend about? There is a 'life guard' and its filthy anyway. Just put a sign that says no glass like normal hotels. Just weird vibes everytime you walk by front desk. It's like they check you out to see if there's anything you have on your person that they can tell you you arent allowed to have. 'Comforter' had holes in it. They brought us a replacement as requested and that one was in just as bad shape. We threw them both on the floor. Room/property in general was worn down.

Pool was ok. Breakfast was good.

They charged $60 for having our dogs. I get an extra charge for pets, but $30 each when its the same amount of cleaning involved is way excessive. It says $30 on the booking, which is expensive but was ok.
