"Terrible don't do it "

Broken and unfinished fixtures. Toilets did work. We had to go to the public restroom. Couldn't even breath in the pool area because it was so strong we got light headed. We even had 3 bugs in our beds!

The room was clean. Only complaint was the windows made the place look creepy. There was no disturb sign so the maids threw away my daughter's snacks.

Kind receptionists, but overall, the hotel was badly in need of a cleaning and repair. The room itself was generally okay, but the carpet was dirty and the bathroom floor was, too. The bed was okay, but when the rest of the room is so dirty, it makes me wonder how clean it is, too.
