The clean linen, the neat bed making and availability of hot chocolate, coffee, tea, amenities, iron, washing machine, drier, cooking utensils, cutlery, mugs bowls etc. Check in and out was smooth and the staff was helpful in assisting me in anything that i had doubts on, for example on garbage recycling category rules for Tauranga. The location was decent to get to business easily enough. A tad bit fancy and tourist friendly area from a business point of view but really comfortable and easy to use nevertheless. Numerous options nearby for restaurants, cafes, etc.

Mostly some equipment issues if any. The phone didnt work - it apparently had burnt in a recent blackout. The filter on the drier didn't seem to be on there, and the drier was a bit confusing to operate as a manual was not available. But these are small inconveniences that the staff more than made up for through their support.
