"Great for 1 night stay but breakfast spoilt it"

Overlooking lake union

The breakfast was awful. Quite busy and everything was empty. There were two waffle machines both were empty. Milk was empty for coffee. They didn’t keep up with refilling items

"Schöner Aufenthalt mit Ärgernissen"

Wir hatten eine schöne, grosse Suite mit schönem Ausblick auf den Union Lake. Die Küche war für ein kleines Essen funktional ausgestattet und sauber. Auch für den grossen Tisch waren wir dankbar.

Während unseres dreitägigen Aufenthaltes (und sichtlich schon länger), war nur 1 Aufzug in Betrieb. In einem so grossen Hotel musste man sehr lange warten, um vom 7. Stock herunterzukommen. Das Frühstücksbuffet war eine Schlacht: mühsame Suche nach Besteck, viele Stationen ohne Nachschub, Pappteller, lieblose Auswahl, viel zu wenig Personal für so viele Leute.

"Staff Make Excellence"

I choose Residence Inn in most of my travel simply because of the professionalism and excellence of their staff. But this Residence Inn downtown Seattle Lake Union at 800 Fairview Ave stands out. Front Desk staff, Ms. Zainab was the best representative of Residence Inn excellence.
