Sandman Signature Mississauga Hotel

We love the layout of the rooms! This is one of the reasons we stay at this hotel.

We where emailed an option for a late checkout at 2pm. We where asked to confirm if this option was available when we checked in. We where told when we checked in that the late option was available and we would be charged for that. On our last day, we where told at 12pm that we did not have a late check out and where asked to leave immediately. At the desk we where told that we had to check the morning of our last day to see if this was possible, and no apology was given. I'm confused at why we where told different information from different people. We should of been told this on the day of check in, even though the email and the check in person gave us completely different information. I understand policy and have no problem with that, but the communication and knowledge of your staff really needs improvement! Hopefully, next time our stay will be better. We stayed once before and really enjoyed our stay, this time was not the same experience.

The hotel and staff are excellent Fatin was amazing

The staff were helpful and efficient. The room was great for the price. I have booked again!

Les bruits du climatiseur, j'ai eu très mal a la tête le deuxième jours.

The beds are very comfy and rooms are clean.

- The receptionists lady is very tough , not smiling and knows nothing about treating a hotel guest. - I called the reception to tell them that I will check out 30 minutes later as I have 3 kids , and they said no problem. After 5 minutes, I found a supervisor knocking on my door in a very tough and rude way asking me to check out. The hotel's big problem in Human resources.

There is a Montreal Women picking dudes up and down on the elevator. Disgusting behavior. I had my nephew with me and had to encounter this at this hotel. Def providing s*xual services. Do better,
