"My go to hotel we will be back"

Second time in Staying at this hotel. It’s my go to hotel in Toronto, beautiful hotel Amazone staff, comfortabel and clean rooms Location is amazing and I love the restaurant next door breakfast there is amazing

This time our toilet broke staff was responding fast and fixed it We had until 12 to check out but house keeping was knocking on my door at 11:00 asking when I would leave because she wanted to clean the room.. I felt a little rushed to leave

"Not very good experience!"

Very pricey for what offers. Bathroom floors not cleaned as supposed to be, coffee machine did not worked, replaced very next day but the other one was really dirty Staff was very professional and friendly
