The staff were so lovely, the reception was 24 hours. The facilities were clean and well maintained.

Picking at straws but would have been nice to have windows that open. They looked like they MIGHT have but no instructions.

Location is central to where we wanted to be, with free onsite parking influencing decision to stay. Staff were friendly & helpful, and breakfast was value for money. Coffee machines in foyer are a great idea.

Lift was interesting - clunks and shuddered every time it moved
