"Should have left after they told me our room was in the “top floor of the South Tower”"

"Bad experience."

Stayed there a few years ago, but they have changed ownership and it is going downhill. I went down to breakfast and I couldn't eat it. Terrible. I will never stay there again.

Convenient location and parking

Stained linens, requests wasn’t meant, requested top floor. Room was over pool area and on the same floor as a young boys baseball team. Unsupervised and ran relays up and down the hallway til after midnight. Front desk kept putting me on hold so we had to carry the dirty linens to front desk. The night staff was not helpful.

the location its so convenient close to the gas station, walmart and car repair shop (esp. we got a flat tire - so it got fixed)

wish the microwave is inside the room. good thing our room was located close to the microwave lobby; i bet its inconvenient to others whose room are further away.

The construction and the amount of distance from rooms to the frint desk. The outdoor pool wasn't available. The 1st weekend of June you would think so.
