"With a bit of TLC this would be a very good place for a guest and their dog."

Good coffee. Close to restaurants. Quiet.

Room was very stuffy and smelled of cigarettes upon arrival. So I requested a different room. Would help if they'd leave AC on low before guest arrival. TV remote did not work. Had to get master remote from front desk.
