"Aggravating! Why did they double charge me?"

When I went to check in, they said they canceled my reservation earlier in the day. However, they had a room and I paid with my debit card. But Booking.com charged my credit card after they said they would check and see if I actually stayed there and they wouldn't charge my credit card.

Why would they cancel the reservation before you actually check in?

"Very disappointed in this because it was false advertising then the picture online."

The first room which was 307 had urine all over the bathroom. So I went to the front desk to let her know so she had given me two keys to check out two more rooms so I did we moved in 309 and it was even worse after about an hour getting settled in we had went to go get something to eat and one of our kids had went into the bathroom and their was a roaches in this room so at this point we’re already tired from driving 10 and a half hours from Texas to Troy Alabama. So we got up yesterday morning and checked out early because of the room and the smell like drug very unhappy with place I really want my money back because it wasn’t worth the stay at all no breakfast for our kids it just false advertisement .

The location was great for us to get to Church on time.

"Right for the price."

Quiet. Bed was comfortable. Only 3 pillows. Nice clean tub, sink, and toilet. For the most part it worked for us this time.

Didn't care much for the smokers. Smell was awful. Stains on the duvet. Old gum on the carpet. Chipped paint in the bathroom. Smelled stale. We used air freshener to combat that issue. Fleas in pet area.

"It was not comfortable at all."

Convenient location

The sheets were rough. It seems like they had been washed with towels. The towels in the bathroom were a dingy beige instead of white. The shower head kept falling off the wall. We had to hold the shower head to take a shower. There was also no counter space in the bathroom to get dressed. There was no place for my curling iron or make up bag.

"Horrible experience all around."

Didn't stay due to cockroach's.

Cockroach's in the room. Horrible guest services. Staff wasn't shocked to hear about the cockroach's and didn't even apologize for them. Would not recommend at all.
