The front desk receptionist was the best. Malea went above and beyond by getting us the rooms we needed.

The location was convenient, the staff were wonderful, but unfortunately, due to the lack of cleanliness and ventilation, I would not stay here again.

The cleanliness of the rooms needs significant improvement, and there is inadequate ventilation. The first room I was given had an unpleasant odor. It was evident that the room had not been adequately cleaned; the bedsheets emitted a foul odor, reminiscent of prolonged perspiration. Additionally, there were strands of hair present. The following day, I was relocated to a “cleaner” room, but regrettably, the unpleasant smell endured. There’s a Lowe’s nearby, so I ordered Clorox wipes, Lysol spray, and Febreze to disinfect surfaces and freshen the air myself. The bathroom vent was covered in brown dust and gooey residue, showing poor maintenance. The room setup was generally practical; however, I don’t understand who thought to place the mini-fridge, microwave, and coffee maker in the corner of the bathroom next to the sink. Even though the coffee cups were wrapped in plastic, it didn’t seem sanitary. I didn’t take pictures because we were hardly in the room, mostly arriving around midnight and leaving early in the morning, but the poor ventilation and odor were consistent. I personally would not stay here again.

Really liked the location of it, liked that there was a lot of food options around; and it’s right round many shopping centers.

It was so dirty, we asked for the room to be cleaned was never cleaned, we asked for towels never got any.

Stayed here for a church convention in the area along with some church family and everyone I talked to about our stay here had similar experiences as I did. My AC did not work, my non-smoking room smelled like cigarettes and it was not cleaned well. Shower floor was dirty like it wasn’t scrubbed and there was someone’s strands of hair left in the shower floor and wall. Sink pipes smelled horrible like gunk and mold and floors were scratched up. Had to get a new room on the second floor and their elevator was broken. My new room had working AC so I’m grateful they could accommodate me with a switch.
