Not many options

The Jacuzzi wasn’t working, I was not told until after I arrived and gave her my card to pay for the room. I had to pay full price for a hotel with a pet friendly room only when I do not have any pets. Had to walk across the street to use a jacuzzi which I could not get in either because their keys do not work, front desk could not figure out how to open it either. Sheets had hair on them and were uncomfortable, overall a bad stay and would love some kind of discount or compensation as a rewards member. (Also unsure what the rewards member program is good for since I did not get any discounts, points applied, or any resolution to better accommodate my stay after all the issues at the hotel)

This is our Favorite place when we travel to Carlsbad. It's close to Legoland and the beach. Comfortable and always clean.

"Very bad! Cockroaches climbing the walls..."

Don't stay here. I've been a traveler most of my adult life and this hotel (ok, we'll call it that) was the worst. Cockroaches, stinky, broken AC/heat. Rude desk (manager?) person threatening tress pass, refused to change the room, did not address any issues, lied to Expedia/AARP...little boy got a lot of growing up to do. AARP took care of us.

Camera spaziosa e pulita. Parcheggio. Abbiamo utilizzato anche la Laundry ($1.75). Personale super gentile e accogliente.
