Conveniently near everything

You can hear a lot of chatter from outside

It is near Target and other restaurants.

The rooms are accessible to the public and is generally not safe. There are some dodgy individuals around. Our access card repeatedly didn’t work throughout the stay.

It was close to a shopping center

It was filthy! They don’t pay for trash service so it had trash everywhere. Not kidding they paid a small business to empty their garbage can instead of the trash company. Over 1000 bags of trash on the property . I had a dirty towel in my room and no wash rags. The outside grounds need to be power washed. Very very very very dirty! The elevator was broke! Only was able to use once!

The manager went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable.

The pool and jacuzzi was my kids favorite part. Good customer service was mine.

My husband and I traveled across two states only to arrive at the location (hotel), finding that our reservation was canceled. Prior to this, I received email confirmation of stay. I also sent an email requesting a late check-in. The desk staff sat at the table and made me wait over 5 minutes at the glass door as I rang the bell to be let in. I will never stay at this racist facility again. 😒
