Saltwater

It was very clean and modern shower. The property was quiet and it came equipped with a fan - needed during our stay due to the high temperature.

The pet fee being £15 per night. I thought this was a big steep. And the properties “allocated spaces” cost a fee of £7 or £8 per night. This should be included in the stay.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had a really lovely stay at Saltwater. The room was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for our trip. The self check-in was straightforward, and Tricia and Simon were friendly and communicated well throughout. The location is excellent, just a short stroll to the beach, harbour, shops, and restaurants, making it the perfect base for exploring St Ives, and only a few minutes from Porthmeor Beach, which was perfect for early morning walks and sunsets. Overall, it was a great place to stay and good value for money. We’d happily stay again if we’re back in St Ives. Thanks again, Tricia and Simon!

Very clean and renovated

Great location and hosts very helpful and great communication.

We had 2 rooms, beds comfortable, sea views, good shower and all what we needed (towels, tea, coffee etc). Check in and communication from the owners was very good and very straightforward. Met the owner Tricia at Check out time (also very straightforward) and a very nice lady.

Nothing to dislike. Would have been nice to have had a parking space but these were limited and we did manage to book a space using the Justpark app for 24 hours for just over £10.

Very small but comfortable room.

Thin walls meant could hear the room next door 🍆. St. Ives is HILLY! Saltwater is a fairly steep walk to the beach and village. Be sure to book off site parking with your reservation. Street parking is scarce.
