Floors looked like they had not been swept. Covers on bed were stained and dirty. Hair under covers as if they were there from previous person. Air conditioner had thick dust on vent, the inside of vent that you could see had black mold or mildew on it.

Had a bed to sleep in

Check in started at 1pm we got our keys to the room but couldn't get in until after 4pm cause they wasn't clean and ready, once we finally got into the room it still wasn't clean, it had used vapes in the room and half eaten and half drank food in fridge.
