Not clean No extra towels No coffee pot No hair dryer

The location was good relative to my plans.

Where do I start? I was told if I didn’t check in by 10:30-11pm, I wouldn’t get into the room I’d paid for. What kind of hotel “closes”? Then I was charged a deposit fee in addition to room charge, and it took several days to get refunded and they kept the credit card up charge on the fee.Then I was given a key to a room already occupied. I could have been SHOT upon opening this person’s door. Then I finally got into my very dated and spartan room, I went to get ice. I saw a sign indicating they expected a $.75 fee to use the ice machine to “cover their costs”. If this isn’t the worst hotel experience I’ve had, it’s certainly in the team picture.

We were so uncomfortable that we left in the middle of the night.

Paint peeling from walls. No lamps in room. Not enough towels.
