Sunset Inn Clarksville

Horribly run down hotel and Unsafe. Carpet was disgusting. Curtains were ripped and did not cover across the window. 10 minutes at most for hot water in the shower. The only good thing was lots of TV options. Looks like some people live here too.

The property is dirty and fire alarm doesn't work,and smells like cigarettes

The location was perfect it was a quiet night the staff was friendly and very nice the price was very affordable

The rooms are completely disgusting. This establishment shouldn't even be running. The fist room The lady put me in was totally and completely repulsive. Holes all in the wall stains everywhere. The owner was extremely rude and not inviting what's so ever.

Clean good hot shower reasonable priced pet friendly close to two restaurants very nice people has truck parking in back lot parking not too far from rooms. It’s a good place for a driver to shut down and take a 34 hour break or just get out of the truck for a while.

I don't like that Booking is refusing to give me the refund the property promised me after strangers used a key card to get inside my room and traumatize me and my young kids!!!! This is a HUGE safety issue! Excuse me???! It wasn't a matter of a dropped key either, I had mine in the room. Anyone, especially a woman alone with children, should feel safe in the place she's paying to be. This could have gone so much worse, someone could have died on that property that night. All I want is my frickin $68 back. Should I sue instead since Booking won't even give me that???? Clearly this company shows no regard for the safety of their users!

Heater wasn’t working first night they did fix it though but they keep the heat off until u get there n it takes a while to heat up. I will not name any names but one person working there slammed the window in our face after we already had a reservation made but went to different window and they gave us our room. We haven’t had an issue since then though so it may have been a misunderstanding not really sure why it happened, didn’t ask was just glad to get in the room after a 12 hour work day in the weather. It was one time deal so we hold no grudges stuff happens.
