"During normal business hours people should not have to stand in the cold."

Being accommodated for my wife who has mobility issues.

Being made to stand outside when it's cold and windy to ring a doorbell for service before 6:30 p.m. and after 8:00 a.m., It's very disturbing to have to stand in the cold. Also the lamps near the bed did not work which is disappointing while trying to read directions about our trip in the evening.

"Don’t stay here! Horrible"

Nothing

My family got bit by bugs while sleeping. TV wouldn’t work, TV has loose cable and we were told not to touch it because it could shock us, brown towels, old dirty furniture, furniture and trash laying all over grounds, broken sewer smell

The room was clean & the staff was great

Breakfast was indicated to be included. The Breakfast that was offered was apples, coffee, orange juice, milk, cereal & toast.
