The front desk staff was great and super friendly!

Cleanliness and value for money. Clearly they were offering rooms with strong surge pricing. For almost $200 a night I absolutely would expect a clean room and a door that shuts all the way. Given the doors open to the outside, it was shocking to see almost an inch of space from the bottom door threshold. Bugs on the ceiling (luckily they never moved so I’m assuming they were dead and/or stuck?) and dirty floors with stains/scuff marks all over. The bathroom had water spots all over the ceiling and the smoke detector was hanging out of the ceiling with the wires exposed. The towel rack in the bathroom had been ripped off the wall and was just under the sink but the torn paint and drywall was still there. The bedding and sheets were clean and so we just sucked it up for a night (only other availability nearby was another $300 or so).

the area

they had roaches and left over cups from previous guest, floors were dirty, rooms smell like cigarettess and for a 150 a night boy.........

Location. Good place for the price. $15 for the dog appreciated. Great pillows. Right by the Blue ridge the best reason!

Spots on the bed cover freaked the wife out. Thinks that means dirty. Sorry. I know better.

The room was clean and spacious. The location was great because restaurants and stores were all within walking distance. Overall I recommend this motel.

The breakfast wasn't as good as I thought it was going to be because of the lack of options.
