Sunrise Inn Williamstown

The front desk person was the absolute best. Helpful. Friendly. Efficient. Short walk to the Ark so we didn’t have to pay for parking. Very sufficient breakfast

No complaints, didn't think it should have cost me as much as it did, but it was convenient, they let me leave my car and walk to the Ark experience, so I saved 15$.

Very convenient to the Ark Encounter, 1/2 mile walk at most. Hotel was clean and the fee for our pet was reasonable. It hotel is older but well kept.

This hotel was misrepresented on the website. It was an older outdated hotel with no pool. The rooms were small and the a/c was loud. I could hear the guest in the room beside mine snore all night and the overall area of the hotel was dirty, loud and unfavorable. The staff was nice and helpful when possible. The location to our destination was the only real positive about this stay. Disappointed to say the least.

The staff was great and breakfast was good. The rooms could use some updates but for the price I can't really complain. A chair in the room would be nice. Sitting on the bed was hard when you're short like me.

No hot water, no compensation because I booked through Expedia.

Older hotel. Clean just needs some touchup painting on door jams.
