Days Inn by Wyndham Hurricane Mills

The location was perfect for us as we traveled cross country. We also liked the fridge and the microwave in the room.

We had a room on the ground floor, and everyone brought all the street dirt into the room. The carpet looked the same. It really deserved a thorough cleaning. The large window had no curtains other than blackout curtains. So you either had to sit in the dark room or have everyone passing by watch you. A mirror film would be a cheap and quick solution. Overall, the room didn't seem particularly clean and smelled musty. breakfast had consisted of industrial muffins (full of sugar and fat) and granola bars. At least there was yogurt, otherwise our son would have gotten into the car hungry. I think it was definitely not worth the money!

All staff are super friendly. Everything seemed clean. But definitely outdated. Overall a good experience.

Cool

The property did not meet our expectations based on the pictures we saw before booking. Room looked dirty, stains on all the walls and carpet, very basic amenities. We were staying from June 5th - June 8th, the outdoor pool was closed in June when it was 80 - 90 degrees out. The pool is much smaller and dingier looking than the picture online shows. The staff was at least friendly and refunded us our last night of stay, we went to a nicer hotel a few towns away after being disappointed with this.

Location. Staff quickly responded when my door would not open.

Pool was not open. No seating area for guests. Breakfast was coffee, OJ and box cereal. Several small repairs should be addressed. My room smelled musty.

The building looked like it was falling apart. I do Facility maintenance and would be embarrassed if o n e od my buildings looked like this.

Hotel did not give us the room we had selected. We wanted a king size bed and got 2 queens.

Nice and quiet after a long day of driving.

Foreign owned, run down, aged property. Days Inn givinig their name to this hotel property is an em embarrassment!
