Nous avons répondu au premier sondage par le quel l’hôtel ne sait pas manifesté du faite qu’on a attendu 1h dans le hall d’entrée avant que la chambre soit prête. la personne a l’accueil était un homme qui n’avait visiblement pas envie de mettre une pointe de gentillesse il nous a même pas proposer un café pour l’attente même pas demandé comment c’est passé notre week-end c’était la 2eme fois qu’on allait dans cet hôtel la première fois on avait pris une chambre plus haute gamme et cette fois une chambre standard on avait l’impression de déranger une sensation de ne pas être en vacances sans compter les odeurs de toilettes près de la piscine et j en passe une mauvaise expérience sur la quelle nous ne retournerons pas dans cet établissement il y a aussi de bonne chose comme un serveur qui était agréable et qui a réussis à redonner plaisir vraiment bravo à lui il travail au restaurant, mais pour un 5 étoile je trouve que sa ne les vaut pas. Cordialement.

Dette er IKKE et 5 stjerners hotell! Tungvint plassert i forhold til transport. Vanskelig med Taxi, busser kommer ikke på tid. Få restauranter i nærheten. Dårlig mat på hotell, spesielt strandrestauranten.. Personal i resepsjon snakket dårlig engelsk og var lite imøtekomnende, bør på et smilekurs.
This was a family holiday with 5 adults staying in 3 Superior rooms for a week, they were far from Superior and nothing like what was advertised on the website. They were small and cramped. This hotel is advertised as a 5* hotel, its far from that I have to say, I would rate it a 4*. The location is very quite and only a few restaurants in walking distance. Great base location for touring around.
Very good facilities, spacious. Breakfast was a little disappointing, with individual items not topped up in a timely way. Also no WiFi in that room
This hotel deserves the downgrade if not to 3 then very low 4 stars! Definitely not a 5-star resort actually so far from it that its hard to describe! Rooms Ar small, white but bedding was poorly made! The stuff erogant and cold! Breakfast very basic continental with no service! If you are looking for 5 starts them Look somewhere else!
