Beach access. Minimalistic rooms, good restaurants
There were ants in the room and they turned off all water in the evening so we couldn’t shower or wash hands. Toilet was dirty when we got there. Breakfast and beach were good, however they don’t tell you the beach is an additional charge.
To say we were disappointed is an understatement. This is no way a 4 Star Resort. Service non-existent, food horrible when it was available, rooms dirty and smelly. Unless you drive there yourself you will be struggling for any transportation to and from the area. I would not recommend this hotel
Had to call the front desk to enable AC. Pillows were very hard. Breakfast was great.
Amazing breakfast! A bit of false advertising in terms of site and rooms, rooms much smaller and one needs to ask for air conditioning to be turned on, then TV remote did not work and needed a new battery. No frills room. Balcony was great.
Absolutely loved our stay ... site is incredible .. the infinity pool and sunsets divine .. would definitely stay again ..Fantastic service and everyone really pleasant However I struggled as I found information lacking and conflicting eg opening hours - kitchen closed when it was supposed to be open ... and open when it was supposed to be closed ... apparently there may have been paddle boards to hire but no info .., I asked about the electric bikes which I saw but nobody had explained them Although English was spoken by many of the staff many didn't have a strong grasp eg waitress asked if I would like water with ice ... yes please ..never came so I asked her for it and she didn't understand me - accent I guess BUT all staff very lovely and helpful and pleasant !! The lovely big pool on the ground floor had no food /drinks service and the pools close early at 7pm - on a hot bright sunny day it is early ... and if you have been out and about for the day nothing nicer than a swim and cooling off The beach you have to pay for the chairs as you are not allowed to put your towel on the sand ...there is a whole pricing structure to the chairs ....
Very nice hotel with great beach front. It is either a 60 euro taxi ride to Pisa or the bus which we found to be convenient. Breakfast was very good as was roof pool. The private beach was about 40 euro and very nicely maintained. We hope to stay again!
wonderful property, nice large rooms, wonderful rooftop pool, generous breakfast. quiet neighborhood, easy to get to bus. Incredible shower. very relaxing. Marina is not far and a nice way to spend an afternoon. Beach close by. I would stay again.
Reasonable facilities but the room was average at best. The Italian star system is curious.
