They charged security deposit 2 times and didn’t take these out. Front desk said they don’t have any access to this, so I had to make a dispute with my bank.

Hotel was in disrepair. Elevator made odd, loud scraping noises. Hotel had multiple broken or cracked windows on the 1st floor. Rooms showed signs of neglect, including rust on door hinges and in tubs, cracks in sink, and stains on bed sheets. Hallways smelled like marijuana and beer cans were left in the laundry room. Staff were rude and disrespectful. When informed of the beer cans in the hallway, Staff member said "Well feel free to drink it if you want to" and the Marijuana smell "was probably just someone passed through" even the though the smell was a constant from Friday check in to Monday check out. Breakfast was awful. Only food available was bread, sad excuse for a "continental breakfast": stale biscuits, toast, waffles, donuts (still frozen when placed out), cinnamon rolls (hard and cold), gravy (not fresh, at least 2 or 3 days old). Also, our keycard stopped working multiple times throughout our stay, when going to the front desk to have our keycard reactivated, the staff member said, "you're staying another night?" as if, why are ya'll still here? Even though we booked 3 nights several months in advance. Pool was closed

The bed was comfortable

No breakfast false advertisement and they lock the lobby then they tried to over charge me and it's smell really bad had to buy air freshener
