Lage am Ort ist gut. Im kleinen Ort gibt es einen Bäcker, einen kleinen Supermarkt und 3 Restaurants. Der "Strand" ist nicht weit entfernt und eher wenig besucht.

Die Wohnung im ersten Stock lädt nicht dazu ein, einen Tag "zu Hause" zu bleiben. Alles ist in Ordnung aber auch nicht mehr. Der Balkon lädt auch nicht unbedingt zum "Draußensitzen" ein.
