Nice room, good location

Noise. I'm not sure why adverted as soundproof. Elevator binging every 5 minutes, banging doors from other rooms. Not the most peaceful experience. Be warned

Room was comfortable enough with good AC, and it has an elevator which is good as the building is 8 floors. They sell water at reception. Rooftop pool is nice with a small view of the ocean. Location is very central to main city area, restaurants, bars, shops, and very close to the beach.

Room was pretty dirty and they didn't clean our room or empty the rubbish at all in our 2 night stay. Photos of the pool are deceiving - it is only as big as a jacuzzi. Some of the lights in our room didn't work, and the bed creaked very loudly whenever you moved - almost thought the bed was going to break.

Spacious room, comfortable bed, refrigerator, toiletries, could open windows for fresh air. Good A/C. Lift provided. Excellent location, beach across the road 👌 Good stay for the price paid.

Having to boil kettle on bedside table as no power point at table. No hot water only cold. Having to ask for toilet paper even after housecleaning completed. Do not book Rm101 as right over entrance to hotel as gets noisy

The attention of the guys at reception is great, they are good workers. The location is ideal, a few steps from the beach.

The bathroom needs more cleaning. Also, they need to replace toilet paper. They don't provide many hygiene items like shampoo. But it is incredible that the pool is SO dirty, not only the pool is unusable but the terrace itself, dirty and full of dust.

Staff were great, good WiFi connection. And the location was great right on the beach and lots of bars,cafes, restaurants and shops nearby by.

Staff were great. The facilities in the room in particular the air con needs upgrading it's very old and doesn't work well. This in return attracts alot of mosquitos due to the heat. The walls could do with a re paint as they are a little dirty. Just a couple minor improvements needed that would make a big difference.
