Courtyard by Marriott Macon

There was some confusion about the room, I had requested pool view ( it was in my reservation) but instead I got an opposite side of the hotel. So after going all the way to the 3 rd floor, I had to return to the desk. I was told that I might have to wait on a room.

Bathroom and a little mold and sofa had stains. Other than that good hotel

Front desk associate, I can’t remember her name because I’m terrible with names, want to say it was Anastasia but she was very friendly and kind.

Clean and the pool was excellent size. Rooms were average.

My credit card was charged twice. I spoke with 2 employees about this before leaving and was assured the pending charges would come off. After leaving the charges went through and I still ended up having to call and speak to two more people before waiting to have it refunded. I’m still waiting for my money. Got nothing but a sorry for your inconvenience.

I thought the location and staff were great.

I felt the hotel was not well kept. The trees and grass in the courtyard were high, there was grass growing in the pool area

Needs updated. Trash outside, broken screen at balcony

Clean and quiet.

Emily, at the front desk, was so very nice. We enjoyed visiting with her. Everything about the hotel was amazing, beautiful place.

I've stayed here before & it's been wonderful both times. The staff is super friendly, and hotel is clean & comfortable. Ample uncovered parking; it's close to a grocery store, plus several dining options, ranging from chains to some really great independent restaurants within 10 mins of the hotel.

Location was great; breakfast was too expensive for two sandwiches and coffee/OJ
