"Exceptional"

The scenery is breathtaking. The sound of the ocean. The private beach. The cottage. The bed. The bathroom. The restaurant. The food. The staff. The security. All absolutely amazing. We visited for my parents 50th wedding anniversary and my mother's birthday and it exceeded expectations. We shall return 😊.

I visited Colombia in September and was able to communicate with the hotel and have questions answered prior to the visit via whatsapp. Trident Hotel needs a whatsapp number. The mal odor in the bathroom can be rectified easily with some kind of continuous odor diffuser. Plug ins?

"Passable"

Staff was very polite. room was clean nice comfortable. The breakfast was delicious and the waitress was exceptional

They should inform guest about construction on road in front of the hotel. It was very hard to drive into hotel because of the digging and holes. The fact that there is hardly any lights on the grounds so walking at nights is not ideal or comfortable. Spa was closed
