Une équipe très à l écoute et accueillante. Hotel proche de la gare et à 10 min du tram qui ramène au centre ville. Pour les sportifs il y a à 20/25 min de marche des parcours balisé où on peut avoir une vue imprenable sur Clermont.

Service à la réception parfait pour ma part. Hôtel un peu loin du cœur du centre-ville (30min à pieds). Le seul problème pour moi c'est la lumière qui entre dans la chambre car les fenêtres ne sont cachées que par des rideaux qui laissent passer beaucoup la lumière du jour, pas de grasses mat'.

Hotel bien situé. Standing top Ma première fois dans cet hôtel et surprise du standing de ce première classe. La chambre 317 était parfaite. D'ailleurs je veux de nouveau la même.. Seul bémol le petit déjeuner. Au vu du prix trop élevé, proposer mieux svp. Ça fait super cheap pour ce que vous facturez

Accueil sympathique, chambre très propre, literie confortable, salle d'eau soignée et fonctionnelle. Le petit déj à 7,90€ propose un choix conséquent pour se régaler. Vous pouvez stationner votre véhicule pour la nuit en parking souterrain pour 6,50€ (tarif à demander à l'accueil). Rapport Qualité/Prix imbattable ! Je conseille cet établissement.
