"Great Service but Lots out of service."

Easy to find, plenty of parking. The front desk staff are very friendly and efficient. And the kitchen staff as well, excellent customer service, and very helpful. We had a positive experience thanks to the wonderful staff there.

The amount of things out of order here is inconvenient. One elevator was not working when we checked in, but luckily the other one was still functional. Until it wasn't at night, so we had to use the stairs to the fourth floor. They fixed it early morning, though. Then the fridge in our room was not cooling. And the ice machine on the 2nd floor was broken.

The environment is very clean and comfortable.

There was alarm an activation in the building on our last day which threw some of the lodgers into a panic. There was no information by the ground staff as for the cause of the alarm, we were just ignored.
