The gentleman at the desk was very helpful and pleasant. The room was clean and comfortable. The coffee in the room was excellent.

I couldn't figure out how to get the TV to work even it had internet. No instruction to work it. Even though the air was on it was hot in the room.

Bed bugs! The room was filthy with sticky table surfaces, trash in the room and hair on the bed. Then we saw the bed bugs.
