Days Inn by Wyndham Burleson Ft. Worth

Management at this hotel is extremely poor. Unless you enjoy being constantly harassed and treated disrespectfully, this is not the place for you. Don’t even think about using Wyndham Rewards points—doing so seems to cause the most issues. It appears that booking through Wyndham prevents the staff from charging you arbitrary fees, like the $20 non-refundable charge they tried to add each time we paid. The water was shut off for most of the first three days of our stay. We chose this hotel because of the pool, but we only got to enjoy it once due to ongoing harassment from management. We definitely won’t be staying here again.

The beds are too high for short people

The room was large and comfortable.

I called to inquire about their free breakfast as at the Days Inn we stayed at there was no breakfast although advertised. I spoke with the person at the front desk and was told they serve a hit breakfast of eggs, waffles, variety of breads to toast. They lied!! It was donuts, cold cereal, juice, and water for coffee. They lied to get our reservation and once here what are you going to do??? And they shut their lobby and pool down at 8:30pm. Very disappointed in Days Inn and WILL NOT be using their hotels again.

The clerk at PM Check in said they had breakfast till 9:30 everyday. On Friday it was open till 9:45. But on Saturday it was closed by 9:00 am. When I arrived at 9:10 am on Saturday the clerk said it was till 9 am. But he was kind enough to get me a banana and a Danish for me. Other than that it was a pleasant stay.

Wasn’t clean wasn’t worth the 99 that we paid. The person in office was not that friendly at all. Would not recommend it to anyone
