"Lieu agréable, que nous recommandons !"

8.0

"Great staff, great location shame about overpriced small evening meal"

7.0

Setting was lovely despite the rain. Room was small. Bed comfortable and lovely soft pillows. We could just see Loch Alvie from the small window. Sitting room had comfortable chairs. Staff very friendly and helpful

We booked for evening dinner as we'd had a long afternoon and were very hungry. Although the food tasted nice, it was overpriced. My husband had lamb, the most expensive item on the menu, which allegedly had 'rostis and red cabbage'. The meal arrived with a small medallion of lamb in the middle of a large plate with one small rosti and microscopic red cabbage, hidden invisibly under the lamb!! My fish and chips was expensive and allegedly had 'peas'. It had a green 'swipe' which probably amounted to two peas worth. Desserts were microscopic. Not food for the hungry or who like vegetables!! 9

"Great location in an old Inn. Staff friendly but breakfast inedible after waiting 45 mins!"

6.0

Lovely location on loch side. Great views

The breakfast was truly awful. Omelette was drenched in fat and inedible. Tea was cold. Coffee was weak. No yogurt. Interestingly the evening meal was fine so presume a different "chef".
