"OK Room quality disappointing."

Great location, room clean, friendly staff, parking on site convenient.

Room was badly in need of refurbishemnt. Shabby furniture and fittings. Exposed screws, blistered desktop, screw holes in bathroom tiles where afixture had been removed. Had to get a maintenance person in to open balcony door on arrval. Lock worn out, needed lubrication. Definitely not 5 star.

"The renovated rooms are very good and comfortable."

Close to everything, underground parking, comfortable bed and great view of the ocean and harbour.

Room was pretty tired and needs reno job. I got another fabulous room at no extra cost for the remaking stay…very happy😃 happy to return.

"Great place to stay in Cairns."

Great rooms and generally helpful staff. Checking in prior to time was a definite no no! But the reception area was comfortable and water was available.

Breakfast could get quite busy at times so definitely worth timing your breakfast. Also, leave your table and you can comeback to find someone sitting there.
