"Excellent"

The overall hotel is great and brilliant value. The free breakfast is a bonus, although very repetitive.

We stayed 10 nights. Even after repeated requests to front house and cleaners one of our rooms was cleaned once and the other twice. This is disappointing as upon arrival we were told our rooms would be cleaned every third day.

The location was excellent.

The room seemed to have water damage. Sheets and towels were dingy. We had no shower gel.
