i like the property

well i noticed a dead roach by my door when i came in at night.. shocked me cause they hotel is extra clean

disrespectful employees just one individual not all Don't know how to talk to the community and have no people skills no communication skills or listening skills

I didn't like to hold dynamics of leadership on that up to the GM no communication skills no listening skills no people skill

Chambre et emplacement correct

La communication : demander bien votre facture papier avant de partir pour vérifier le montant facturé. Car le notre avait été majoré de 48 dollars sans savoir pourquoi car on avait pas reçu la facture par e mail comme prévu. Après plusieurs relances auprès de l établissement sans réponse nous sommes passés par booking international qui a fait le nécessaire. On a récupéré notre argent mais cela nous a coûté 12 euros de frais de communication et du temps perdu à régler le problème. Nous n avons pas eu d explications ni d excuses de l établissement.

The hot water wasn’t hot enough

It was a hotel breakfast. Could have had a better variety.

Location. In and out was hard to maneuver with the traffic at times.

Staff was all nice clean rooms

I called 5 times between 11 am to 9:10 pm because of sounded like herd of animals in room above us and started again at 6:50 am we were at hospital all morning that day and was trying to sleep.
