"Infested with bedbugs and cockroaches August 2024"

Infested with bedbugs crawling on mattresses and pillows at night. They bite and feed on human blood. Also hundreds of small cockroaches in every room. Severe public heath risk. I had to abandon my room at 1am. Even many bedbugs had crawled inside my bag it was covered with them. The staff were very rude, I informed them but their gang would not give me any refund. I was in room 406 on 4th floor in August 2024.
