Avia Residences on Lincoln - Extended Stay

Close to everything that we wanted to do in the area. Loved that there’s a kitchen.

There was a very new nice lady at the front desk went I went to check in that was a little unsure how to check me so she got the manager. That manager was very rude. He did not tell me anything but how to get to where we were. He just had an attitude like he was busy or something. The room was also not clean and there was mold on the shower curtain. Looks like they are renovating so I hope they do somethings with the room as well.

Place was dated but worked out great with 2 bedrooms and 2 baths and kitchen. Price was affordable!

Nice place

Excellent extended room space, secure. No fuss staff, a quiet location off the main road. Close to restaurants, Wegmans and bus transport, 7 mins to main line Paoli Station.I I enjoyed my stay.

The staff was very good but the office only opened at 9 am & closed for the evening at 7 pm.

The staff was very friendly and addressed our needs right away. The room was great. However the carpet needed cleaned and was shredded in one spot. The facilities were welcoming, safe and quiet.

The front desk staff are very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. The rooms are clean and tidy. The carpets and furnishings are a bit tired and worn, and I understand the owners are planning a refresh soon.

That shopping was near by.

That there were no active phones available, I can get past taking your own trash out, and going to the front desk for towels. But no active phone line , we had a senior citizen with is and what if there was an emergency and no land line to use.Maybe this is something that you are working on.
