Avia Residences on Lincoln - Extended Stay

I know they are transitioning to apartments and you can tell they've completly given up on maintaining the hotel rooms. The vents were filthy, the couch was stained, the rug was ripped and the drawers needed to be cleaned. A heavy smoker must have stayed in the room prior and you can tell they tried to get rid of the smell with ozone cleaner which didn't work. Also, FYI, you have to take your own towels to the front desk to exchange for new towels. If incould have checked out with an immediate full refund Inwould have went to another hotel and paid more money for something cleaner.

Great location, near grocery etc

My main complaint was that the condo was not cleaned well. There was hair in and around the bathroom sink, in the shower/tub, and bathroom floor. It wasnt just a little bit, it was excessive. The walls were dirty too, and the tile baseboard was taped together. The ouside of the front door is very dirty and looked like they had all the taped up recently There was also no remote for either tv, and only 1 small trashcan for the whole condo. Positives; good location to freeways, and food. Bed was comfortable and good pillows, felt safe.

Clean quiet conveniently located

Great space for the family to spread out during tournament weekend.

It’s a nice property with good design but badly needs painting repairs and updates on furnishings.
