I thought the breakfast service was excellent. I'm gluten free so there weren't a lot of options, but having fresh fruit, potatoes, breakfast meat and yogurt was good. I ate the hard boiled eggs instead of scrambled. The two staff members who I met in the breakfast room (one woman, one man) were both keeping everything clean and well stocked. They were pleasant people to interact with, and very helpful.

My room felt gross. There were stains from cigarette butts on the nightstand, tv stand in bedroom, and also on the cushion on the pull out couch. The screen on the bedroom window was all bent and did not fit in the window (temps were in the 80s) so I wanted some fresh air but not without a proper fitting screen. Carpets were worn and dingy, and there were ants crawling on the kitchen counter. I reported all of these to the staff at checkout.

La habitación era acogedora y el desayuno bastante aceptable.

Al tener la opción de llevar el desayuno para las habitaciones, algunas personas son un poco desconsiderada y dejaban comida tirada camino a más habitaciones, tal vez porque se les caía y no lo hacen con intención de botarla, pero se ve un poco desagradable al caminar hacia el lobby. No es un tema del hotel sino de la cultura de las personas.

The location for me was perfect

I always book in that hotel it was okay but this time was the worse I always ask for cleaning the room and never came and when they came told me can we come clean the room told them 30 minutes just for us to leave the room so they could clean but they told now or we would clean the room

Staff incredibly rude

It is friendly place to stay. Nice breakfast. I would come back. I would love tohave cable.

Cable was missed.

Staff is incredibly rude in every way.
