Mainio sijainti varsinkin junalla tuleville, lyhyt kävelymatka rautatieasemalta. Avaimen noutopaikka ihan vieressä. Hiljainen talo ja puhdas ja siisti kämppä. Saunasta plussaa.

Vain yksi avain. Hankaloittaa liikkumista jos kaikki eivät aina liiku samaan aikaan (tosin tämä ilmeisesti ongelma monessa muussakin paikassa).

Loistava sijainti Tamperetalon läheisyydessä, kävelymatkan päässä rautatieasemasta ja keskustasta. Siisti ja erittäin hiljainen huoneisto. Liikenteen ääni ei kuulunut, vaikka ikkunat ovat kadulle päin. Aamupalaan mahdollisuus lisämaksusta hostellissa, jossa respakin on.
