Location and sauna.

Facilities are not well kept, some furniture and equipment not in good condition but not get fixed or replaced (mirror, hair dryer, socket in the sauna). TV remote does not have batteries and TV doesn’t have press button buttons to put it on. Dishes in the cabinet are all dirty. No option for double bed. Receptionist was nice but sometimes didn’t call us back and my reservation cancellation was confused.

A really great price for a full 1 room apartment with a sauna right across the street from the art museum. Located within walking distance of the train station, mall, and grocery stores. A beautiful cafe located right outside the front door brought scents of coffee and pulla to wake you up as you leave for the day! I would highly recommend this venue for both hostel and private accommodations, as well as the delightfuly polite, kind, and helpful staff. The private apartment by Haave will be our new favored accommodation in Tampere. We’ve even asked our office to switch from the Marriott Courtyard Hotel even, Haave is a much better value.

Internet in the apartment did not work as directed by the user manual. But who doesn’t have a personal hotspot these days, wasn’t a big issue really (if you’re traveling from outside eu get a prepaid sim super cheap and everywhere). There was no soap within the shower, used hand soap from the sink :D but the K and S store was super close so the problem was solved!

Finding the recycling bins in the yard was a bit difficult

Nice sauna, and convenient location across from a gorgeous park and Moomin Museum. Cafe Puusti downstairs was amazing as well. Very close to the train station.

Apartment temperature controls were not very responsive and a bit too warm. Bathroom vent was plugged with dust so sauna steam would set off the smoke detector when the bathroom door was opened. Nothing major, but something to be addressed.

The location is very good and sauna is nice. The possibility to buy a parking spot is also good.

The floors were very dusty and mattress had some spots on.

Good spacious apartment, close to transport links. Lift access meant getting luggage up to the 3rd floor very useful.
