Frühstück wird bedarfsgerecht und frisch vor Ort und mit viel Liebe zubereitet. Wir bekamen Lunchpakete und unglaublich leckere Pancakes :)

Our hosts were incredibly nice and fabulous resources about the park, helping us plan our day(s) in the park, etc with great recommendations. They have a beautiful spot, only wish we could have stayed longer to really enjoy the property, trails, and beautiful outdoor areas. Breakfast was amazing and we really enjoyed our stay there, it had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. On days when we wanted to get an early start a pack breakfast was available which was exactly what we needed!

Slightly far from Yosemite, about 1 hr from either El Portal or Wawona park entrances, however, we booked the trip relatively last minute and this was a fantastic value as nearly everything else closer to the park was booked or very expensive. It was still very doable to head to the park for the day and eat in nearby Mariposa or Oakhurst in the evening.

La mejor estancia sin lugar a dudas de mi viaje por la costa oeste de EEUU, los anfitriones te hacen sentir como en casa, dando recomendaciones sobre el lugar, la mejor manera de visitar la zona, así como opciones para comer. La cama y la habitación son una maravillas, así como los productos de la ducha. Por otro lado, el desayuno es increíble, con productos locales al que no le falta de nada. Sin lugar a dudas repetiría.

Nada a reseñar

The owners helped us to choose which hike we should do in our stay by Yosemite park. It was actually a nice hike and totally worthy. As we arrived they suggested us to visit the night outside. It was such a beautiful sky to visit the stars for hours and enjoy the nature around the building. At the second day, which actually our last day was, we had warm breakfast, which was an American style homemade breakfast. Totally was something different as our other breakfast and really tasty. They made us a bag of breakfast full of snacks for the hiking day, which was a great help to enjoy the day without any rush for the food at the park. I would recommend it totally for the ones , who wants to visit the park or who wants to have a nice stay somewhere around nature but have a nice people around, who can show you what it’s all about around in the nature. We would love to see them again and stay by them if we get the chance another time. Every Room has a special decoration, so you can feel yourself all around the world. It was literally amazing 😻

There is not that short ride to valley so you have to stay up early but I would say, it would worth it anyway. The air conditioning was a little loud at nights, so the first night we couldn’t sleep. We are actually sensitive so, I would say , it did not count. ;)

Die Gastgeber Jane und Richard sind sehr sympathisch und geben individuelle Tipps für Ausflüge. Das Haus ist sehr authentisch für die Region und es ist sehr schön die Kolibris auf der Terrasse zu beobachten. Jane geht bei der Zubereitung des Frühstücks individuell auf die Gäste ein und auch das Frühstückspaket für unterwegs ist besser als manch Hotelfrühstück in den USA.

Der einzige Nachteil ist für Gäste, die ausschließlich ins Yosemite Valley oder zum Tiogapass wollen die Lage: man muss hier mit 1,5 Stunden Anreise rechnen, bei Verkehr kann es auch länger dauern. Wenn man hinsichtlich Restaurant- und Einkaufsangebot zwischen Mariposa und Oakhurst überlegt, gibt es in Oakhurst mehr Auswahl.

The hotel is in the middle of forest, you can see the stars in your own balcony. Jane and Richard are amazing host. Richard made us all types of recommendations to make routes, the parkings and everything in Yosemite. Jane is very kind and made a bag with fantastic breakfast, if you are leaving to Yosemite early in te morning. They told us everything about the area, restaurants to go…

tudo nesse B&B é de primeira, desde o café da manhã até a cama que parece te abraçar, os donos recepcionam muito bem e não deixam faltar nada..., ele fica a 1 hora mais ou menos do Parque Yosemite...

Gostei de tudo, a única coisa que talvez poderia ter como um plus a mais era uma geladeira pequena em cada quarto, apesar de que podíamos usar a geladeira grande da própria casa, mas para ficar mais individual seria bom....

Supermooie B&B. Lekker ontbijt. Vrije natuur. Zeer vriendelijke eigenaren. Buiten zitten. Super locatie! Fijn bed en goed internet.
