Quality Inn & Suites Green Bay - Ashwaubenon

Arrived at hotel and found there wasn't an elevator and we were on 2nd floor with a lot of stuff. Traveling with a newborn. 3 stars for staff and service because the person at front desk did help with carrying things. Cleaniness was terrible. Stains all over carpets and smelly. Got in room and one mattress was missing a mattress protector and something was on the mattress. Luckily we had 2 beds. Woke up in morning to open curtains to find BLACK MOLD behind the curtains. At this point we hurried our newborn (3 weeks) out of the room as he was exposed to it through the night without our knowledge. I noticed the room was very humid and at this point smelling of mold. Made front desk aware. They said they would speak with Expedia to give an unsaid amount of discount. Still waiting on that. My biggest worry is just to make sure they remove the mold and clean for future guests.

Location was good, the bed was comfortable, the included breakfast was adequate. Fresh towels and bed made regularly.

The room was smelly, the carpets old stained and sticky. The hallways quite often smelled of cannabis.

The hotel was very nice and the employees were even nicer.

I just wanted a weekend to myself they were very accommodating. When i arrived i was upgraded from a single queen to a double queen even though i didnt need it for no extra charge

We booked two rooms for the weekend, traveling with children. The place was filthy. Stairway had garbage in it, didnt look like its been vacuumed in a long time. The smell of marijuana filled the hallways. It was an absolute nightmare. Inside the room was the same. Stained sheets, the tops of the dressers did not seem to be cleaned. Absolutely disgusting. Needless to say We ended up switching hotels. Would never book here again.

The property was absolutely disgusting. Very dirty throughout the property. Smelled like marijuana throughout the property to include inside out room. We had 2 children with us. I refused to stay in a dirty hotel and a place that reeked of marijuana. Requested a refund and booked another hotel. They said they refunded but I have yet to receive it and I have no way to prove they provided a refund because I booked through orbitz. Absolutely disgusted with the whole experience and don’t know that I’ll book with them or through Orbitz again.

The room had a moldy smell. The breakfast was not very good. One day the eggs were cold. Both days they were very salty.
