Fairfield Inn and Suites Beloit

At first glance, the Fairfield Inn looks fine. The lobby and breakfast area are clean, updated, and pleasant smelling. The room is a completely different story. The room was outdated and worn. However, the biggest problem is the smell. It smells like mildew and dog. The room was so humid, even with the air on. Nothing except new paint and carpet will ever get the smell out. Surprisingly, the bathroom was clean and more recently updated. I would not stay here again.

The location was ideal and lobby and room were clean. Breakfast as awesome. We loved the variety and quality of the food.

Check-in was a total nightmare and well past the check in time so our room should have been ready. Unfortunately, our room smelled like cat pee/ammonia. Perhaps it used to be a smoking room?

The temperature never seemed to regulate correctly. The bathroom was the most updated and clean part of the room. I would not stay here again.

The staff was very helpful and friendly.

Stayed here for a night last week while visiting the area. The location is very convenient, near restaurants and right off the highway. Room was clean and beds comfortable. The TV was on the small side for hotels these days, but that was only a minor complain. The continental breakfast was the usual of eggs, potatoes, bacon, pancakes, waffles, etc. No complaints!

During my recent stay at the Fairfield Inn, I had the absolute pleasure of being welcomed by Giselle at the front desk—and she truly made my experience exceptional from the moment I walked in. Giselle greeted me with genuine warmth, professionalism, and a smile that instantly made me feel at home. She was attentive, efficient, and went above and beyond to ensure my check-in process was smooth and hassle-free. What really stood out was her attention to detail and how effortlessly she handled every request with care and a positive attitude. Whether it was recommending local spots, helping with accommodations, or simply checking in to make sure everything was going well, Giselle brought a level of service that you rarely see anymore. She is truly a standout and a shining example of what great hospitality looks like. Fairfield Inn is lucky to have her on their team—I know I’ll be returning, and Giselle is a big reason why. Thank you for making my stay feel like more than just a hotel visit. Keep being amazing!
