"Good value for the money"

There’s everything one needs. A convenient location downtown, 15 minutes drive from the airport, 30 minutes drive from the Niagara Falls. A comfortable bed, friendly staff, breakfast included, coffee, a fitness room.

There’s no parking on the property. You need to park in a garage two blocks away. And if you come to the garage late after 10 pm, it’s closed and you need to figure out parking. I didn’t have my own thermostat in the room to control the AC. They might have them in some rooms though, I don’t know.

"Was not a bad stay"

Staff was friendly and helpful, felt safe and comfortable

Poor room lighting, stains on the couch, issues with breakfast in the morning. Coffee maker was not working well, food was not refilled timely. Had to park down the street in a parking garage and was not informed until check in. Had issues trying to get the heat on.

Close to Niagara

Hotel empty and would not allow early check in at 1:30. Would not provide quarters for dollars to run the washing machine and dryer…. Telling us to go to a convenient store.
