AUWe lived our trip for so many reasons. Despite having an initial issue at check in, it was resolved the same day which was great. The resort is lovely, excellent options at breakfast, impromptu activities and entertainment and excellent service. We ate at the buffet, the Thai restaurant and Sunset Bar and the food was amazing and the service was some of the best I’ve experienced anywhere. The staff are friendly, well trained and attentive. The room was spacious and very comfortable indeed. My daughters and I had a wonderful t time.
The only thing I didn’t like was that it’s a pet friendly hotel and some dog owners are more considerate than others, which is no reflection on the hotel itself. I hope there’s some type of expectation particularly as one dog was very vocal around the pool, in the lobby and around the hotel.
GBThe pool is huge ! , gets nicely warm like a bath by sunset too . There is a smaller pool that gets more shade and has a nice waterfall feature .
The price of things in the mini bar and drinks at the main bar are astronomical!!
