Зручне розташування. Великий торговий центр одразу через дорогу , продуктовий магазин збоку , kfc на першому поверсі , кавʼярня через дорогу , зупинка трамваю одразу біля входу в будинок . До старого міста 5 хв пішки . Красивий вид з вікна . Тепло в помешканні . Багато посуду . Зручна комунікація з господарем , чисто в помешканні ( були деякі дефекти, але враження не зіпсували ) .

Good location, close to the old town. Clean apartments. There is everything you need. Parking! Overall everything is very good.

Minor cons, but they need to be mentioned. The detailed self-check-in instructions are outdated (outdated instructions photos). It turned out like an escape room, only the opposite. But, we were lucky 😊 The apartments themselves are neat, but they need maintenance. Some handles on the balcony doors, wardrobes, shower cabin are broken. The electrical sockets are broken, which is life-threatening. When you are in a good mood, it doesn't bother you, but you pay money. One more thing. At first, the owners said that parking would be free, but then they asked to pay for it. It wasn't expensive for us from Lithuania, because we live quite richly, but why should we be deceived 😊 In any case, I recommend these apartments to you if you value price, quality and love Tallinn!

Location is absolutely fantastic. Check in and out super easy. Comfortable apartment. Great Smart TV.

The flat was a bit short on kitchen utensils – cutlery, pots, glasses, that sort of thing.
