very clean, not so noisy, 15 minutes walk to the city centre, kind landlady, all the facilities you need

The place is not that close to the center of the city, but you can easily get there (15-20 min walking). Very clean and cozy. Marina answered all my questions, and helped me when I needed.

There's no reception 24h. It's a residencial building, kind of an airbnb. It was a surprise for me in the begining, but it was not a big problem in the end, as I said Marina was aways available.

Marina, the hostess spoke English and was most helpful. She runs a delightful and well managed three apartment business with supermarket nearby. There was a share kitchen with refrigerator and cooking facilities including provision of essential cooking ingredients.

Nothing really to dislike apart from the distance to the centre of Verona which is the reason the apartment is reasonably priced. You can walk in 20 minutes or take an electric hire scooter for less than two Euros per trip

Not far from the center, nice location, I appreciated being just outside of the city center who is really crowded on that period. Quiet place. Great host, Marina was super nice and available ! I recommend it !

I thoroughly enjoyed my short stay here and would highly recommend this accommodation to anyone. It feels like a home from home, the kitchen is well equipped however if you are like me, you’ll prefer to explore and taste the local cuisine.   Marina is the ultimate warm and friendly host. She helped me navigate the city’s transport system and also helped me to book a taxi to the airport.   My room was immaculate and the WiFi was excellent. The property is very near to the main bus route or alternatively you can walk to the city centre within 20 minutes.   In the local area about 3 mins walk away, there are some lovely eateries mostly frequented by friendly locals.   If you plan to visit Lake Garda this is also an ideal location as you are not too far from Verona Porto Nuova train station and then Peschiera del Garda is one stop away. This is also the train station for access to the airport via shuttle.   I highly recommend this property for it’s ease to navigate around the city and mainly because the host is excellent and prepared to go the extra mile for you.

The owner was very kind & helpful. The bathroom was very clean.

The bed wasn’t that comfortable & the street number of the property is quite hidden since it took me a little while to find it. Furthermore the air condition in my room didn’t work properly especially during the deep night when I needed some warm temperature. Moreover the property doesn’t offer an adequate breakfast since the guest has to prepare it by their self in the kitchenette. In conclusion I had to take cold 🥶 showers each evening because once the hot-water-tank is empty, it takes something like a good 30 minutes for it to heat up the cold water within it.

Clean and in a quiet residential area but only 10-15 mins walk from Duomo. Small kitchen is useful if you want to make own drinks and meals etc, good supermarket (Migross) is nearby. Effective air conditioning is a bonus (August daytime temps seemingly +35 degrees!).

Would be good to provide info about bus routes to arena, station etc. as so many buses stop nearby.

Situated in a block of residential flats, 20mins from centre of Verona, so just about walkable. But small room, and a help-yourself breakfast of crackers etc. Clearly not a hotel, but with hotel prices. Good shower.

Location, and facilities. Its like student accommodation.
